Current Initiatives

Bureaux have undertaken several initiatives aimed to better serve our valued members. These are all based on feedback we receive from our members, because our commitment is to continually improve our service levels. Current initiatives include:

Networking Events

Suggestions: Can Bureaux organise networking events for members and guests?

Action: We agree that our members share something in common; they are all passionate about their business, no matter what that may be. As a result, Bureaux have introduced a series of networking events for members and their guests. Event details will be announced online over the coming months.



Healthy Food Choices

Suggestions: Are there healthy food choices available?

Action: Bureaux have introduced a range of healthy choices across our complementary continental breakfast and gourmet lunch buffet. These include freshly prepared salads, wholemeal breads, soups and fresh fruit.



Referral Program

Suggestions: Have you considered a referral program for members who introduce people to Bureaux?

Action: Our members have consistently proved to be our greatest advocate, so Bureaux have introduced a referral rewards program to recognise their efforts and suitably reward them. Current programs are detailed in the news section.



Video Conferencing

Suggestions: Is it possible to have a videoconference at Bureaux?

Action: We are currently assessing the feasibility and look forward to introducing full video conferencing capabilities across all Bureaux sites in the near future.



CBD Parking Discounts

Suggestions: Can members get discounted parking in the CBD?

Action: Bureaux are currently in discussions with local car parking and valet companies to negotiate exclusive Bureaux discounts for our members.

Talking Business

Suggestions: Many members have asked that we introduce more business content online, and in our newsletter

Action: We are committed to regularly featuring a broad range of business articles and member case studies in future newsletters. All articles and case studies will also be uploaded onto our website
