Bronze Membership is amembership ideal for those with light Bureaux access requirements and those who travel frequently and are seeking an occasional interstate base.

Bronze Membership is also our entry-level membership that provides Member status and all the benefits that comes with it, such as heavily reduced Meeting Room Hire and Board Room Hire and Catering rates.

Your Bronze Membership includes:

  • One non-transferable membership card
  • 108 hours per year of general access
  • Access to all wholly owned Bureaux sites
  • Unlimited refreshments for cardholder
  • Guest access for 20 hours
  • Access to member's rates for business services such as meeting room bookings, catering, and secretarial services.

Optional extras available include:

  • Address use rights and mail collection
  • Phone answering service
  • Meeting Room Access
  • Board Room Access
  • A wide range of business and secretarial services

Each Bureaux site has the following business facilities in our general access areas:

  • Elegant reception and waiting area, where you and your guests are greeted in the highest professional manner
  • Cafe with complimentary breakfast and lunch for members and their guests
  • Bar with full Barista service, a wide range of T2 Teas, juices, soft drinks and a range of other beverages, all complimentary for members.
  • Lounges with comfortable couches, tables, plenty of power points, and wireless internet and printing.
  • IT workstation area with lots of laptop space, PCs available for those without laptops, photocopying, sanning, printing and faxing, as well as technical assistance as you need it.

In addition, Bureaux has a range of meeting rooms and boardrooms with data projectors, electronic whiteboards, and a range of top-shelf audio-visual equipment to ensure your meeting or presentation has the impact you are looking for. Cloakrooms, lockers, document filing drawers and spare phone charge cables provide the finishing touches.
