Our professional phone answering service means you can be anywhere at any time, secure in the knowledge that any client who calls with reach a professional voice that knows about your business and can direct the call accordingly. We cater to 1300 numbers, as well as state-based eight digit numbers. We do not outsource to call centres overseas - we have a highly trained, local team and you will be set up by Tegan, our phone technician and one of our professional receptionists.

Bureaux collects and logs your mail, signs for your courier deliveries, and immediately notifies you of its arrival. You give an immediate impression that lasts.

We understand that business people, especially in the start-up phase, are frequently in a hurry! We can have your Virtual Office address set up on the same day so you can move forward with marketing your business.

Virtual Office packages are available on a month-by-month basis, giving you flexibility. In addition, our Virtual Office members automatically become Bureaux members, giving them members' rates for our facilities such as meeting room access.

Bureaux offers two levels of Virtual Membership:

Phone Virtual Office

• from $39 per week + GST, plus call and SMS costs
• Choose from a dedicated 1300 phone number or state based phone number
• Personalised phone answering with your business name
• Voice message bank service
• Message forwarding via SMS or email
• Access to board rooms, meeting rooms and other additional services on a pay-per-use basis

Address Virtual Office

• $22 per week + GST
• A prestigious business address at one or all of our wholly owned sites, located in the heart of that city's central business district.
• Unlimited mail and courier collection.
• Access to board rooms, meeting rooms, and other additional services on a pay-per-use basis.
