Guest Cards

Every Bureaux Membership has an automatic Guest Pass allocation, depending on their Membership type. As a Member, you receive not only your own barcoded Membership Card that links to your Membership, you receive barcoded Guest Passes according to your requirements, which are transferable and can be used at your discretion.

Guest Passes enable our members to bring non-members onto our sites, and enjoy access to the General Areas and our complimentary food and beverage refreshments. Guests are very welcome to enter meeting rooms as booked by their host Member, and their host Member must be on-site with their Guests at all times.

In addition, our Meeting Room and Board Rooms and events are capable of hosting over 100 people. In this instance, Event Guest Passes are arranged prior to the event and meeting with the Host Member (at no charge) to ensure all event and meeting guests have access to those event areas for the duration of the event.

Additional Guest Passes

Additional Guest Passes are highly recommended to give you flexibility when working with your clients and contacts. Most memberships allow for unlimited Guest passes, which cost $300 per annum per pass.

We recommend you read the Guest Pass Terms & Conditions and understand them. We operate to a very high standard and must keep our Members comfortable. Host Members are responsible for the actions of their Guests.
