Networking Events
In
keeping with our commitment to provide a total business solution, and in
response to a high demand from our members, we are proud to announce a
series of networking events at our Sydney and Melbourne sites.
These occasions are an opportunity for our members and guests to share
ideas, gain new contacts and develop their business. During the coming
months, we will host drinks receptions for casual introductions as well as
speed networking events, designed to effectively identify opportunities
for your business.
As always, we welcome feedback and suggestions from our members. Do you

When
it comes to deciding the winner of Australia’s ‘Coolest Company’
Awards, it can prove to be an arduous task. So Bureaux were only too happy
to provide the team at cutting-edge business magazine Australian Anthill
with the perfect environment for the challenge!

Hanging
around at Virgin Blue's 'Hanger Ball'
The
Bureaux team were at Virgin Blue’s Black Tie ‘Hangar Ball’ on 5th
August. Sir Richard Branson, Queensland Premier The Hon. Peter Beattie and
Virgin Blue Co-founding CEO Brett Godfrey hosted the charity ball, which
also marked the opening of Virgin Blue’s new $25-million Brisbane
hangar.
In case you’re wondering, the team did bump in to Richard, who expressed
his gratitude for our efforts to pledge a free Bureaux membership for the
charity auction.
Bureaux are hot on the heels of Virgin Blue’s commitment to Queensland,
with plans underway to open a Brisbane site early in 2007.

Correct
use of member swipe cards
To
ensure your own security, and correctly monitor the use of our sites, we
kindly ask that all members swipe their cards on arrival and when you
leave the building. Our automated systems record arrivals & departure
details, and if you do not swipe your card, you may be clocked for more
time than you actually spend at Bureaux! (Please
note, that even
if the door is open, the scanner will still be able to read your card).

Don't
forget to reward yourself!
Due
to popular demand, we are extending the referral program to the end of
September. Which means that until 29th September, anybody who successfully
refers a new member will be given one month's free membership at Bureaux.
It's incremental too - introduce 2 friends - get two month's free and so on.

Operating
Hours
We
would like to remind members that Bureaux’s operating hours are between 8am
and 6pm, Monday to Friday. However, extended opening between 7am and
7pm can be arranged with prior notice. Should you wish to access Bureaux
at an earlier time, simply speak to a member of staff the day before.

Food Choices
We continuously
receive valuable feedback and suggestions from our members. Now, every
month, we will let you know what we are doing about them!
Suggestions: Are
there healthy food choices available?
Action: Bureaux have introduced a range of healthy choices across
our complementary continental breakfast and gourmet lunch buffet. These
include freshly prepared salads, wholemeal breads, soups and fresh fruit.

is coming - Bureaux after-hours event hire
It’s hard to
believe, but when it comes to planning, Christmas is not too far away. And
the City will soon be playing host to countless festive parties and
corporate shenanigans. So if you’re starting to think about a good

are available for event hire after hours; speak to a member of staff
today!
