Friendly
reminders and housekeeping
In
order for Bureaux to cater effectively and equally for all members and
their guests, please be reminded of some basic usage policies designed to
make everyone’s experience at Bureaux fair and equitable.
1.
Swiping cards: To ensure your own security, and correctly monitor the use
of our sites, we kindly ask that all
members swipe their
cards on arrival and when you leave the building. Our automated system
records
arrivals and
departure details, and if you do not swipe your card, you will be
clocked in for more time than you
actually spend at
Bureaux!
2.
Using lockers: Keys are available at reception and must be signed in and
out each day. If you wish to keep the
locker overnight
because you are returning first thing in the morning, then please advise
reception. There is
no charge for this
service. If there is space available,
then weekly use of a locker can be arranged at reception
for a weekly fee
of $15.
3.
Guest sign-in: All guests are required to sign in at reception in
accordance to fire safety regulations. All
information
registered is kept private and treated as confidential.
4.
Extra guests: Guests over and above your membership quota who wish to have
breakfast or lunch can do so
at a cost of $10 for
breakfast and $20 for lunch. This includes coffee and drinks. Payment can
be made at the
reception area or we can
bill your account. It is advisable to book in advance so we can
adequately cater for
your guests. Click
here for guest entitlements.
5.
Please remember our printing and photocopying reasonable use policy.
Members should limit
printing or
copying to a maximum of 50 black & white and
10 colour sheets per visit. If you require a greater number of
copies please ask reception
for copy cost.
6.
Please remember that Bureaux's hours of opening are 7:30am to 6:30pm
Monday - Friday. If you are
arranging to meet
clients, please give yourself sufficient time to be able to leave the premises
by 6:30pm.
Please
do not hesitate to contact ian@bureaux.com
if you have any queries or concerns regarding Bureaux member policies.
