Bureaux has impeccable boardrooms and conference rooms. These are not sterile, corporate spaces or serviced office rooms. They are warm, original, filled with natural light (and shades for those all-important electronic presentations) and high tech. Original artwork, fresh flowers, personal service, full audio-visual support, and full secretarial support takes our boardrooms to another level.
Our members, when in our board rooms, get a high level of service at no extra charge. Complimentary pens, pads and mints, room service to take food and beverage orders, no charge for data projector or whiteboard hire, and no charge for photocopying and wireless internet, makes us an attractive alternative to hotels and other meeting room sites.
Bureaux has hosted almost every event imaginable in our boardrooms. Press briefings, product launches, coaching sessions, seminars and training, facilitations, mediations - it's our bread and butter.
One of our events team members will go through your boardroom event in detail, from how you want your guests greeted, through to flowers, food and wine, running sheets, technical requirements, decorations, and administrative support required. We frequently take bookings for two, three and four day events, so bring us your brief and we will be delighted to arrange a quote for your special boardroom event.
Bureaux members have a board room allocation within their membership, so most members are not charged for meeting room use at all, and we highly encourage casual bookings to take up a membership, such as Bronze, to gain members discount rates.
Our pricing is very competitve to hotels and other major providers for casual users. Combine it with a membership to our business lounge, and our prices are difficult to beat.
Because Bureaux is not a hotel, but a private business lounge, you will gain a level of discretion that is simply not available at cafes or hotels, regardless of how good the service is.
