Bureaux hosts our meeting rooms with style. Original artwork and photography, personal service, full audio-visual support, and full secretarial support takes our meeting spaces to another level.
Our members, when in our meeting rooms, get a high level of service at no extra charge. Complimentary pens, pads and mints are one thing. Complimentary room service to take food and beverage orders, no charge for data projector or whiteboard hire, and no charge for photocopying and wireless internet, makes us an attractive alternative to hotels and other meeting room sites.
Bureaux has a range of display, audio-visual and furniture options and can configure rooms to tailored requests. Product showcases, media presentations, and group meetings and seminars are a speciality.
We warmly welcome casual and occasional meeting room bookings, so please contact Reception and we will be pleased to arrange a quote and booking. Discounts apply for multiple bookings.
Bureaux members have a generous meeting room allocation within their membership, so most members are not charged for meeting room use at all, and we highly encourage casual bookings to take up a membership, such as Bronze, to gain members discount rates.
Our pricing is very competitve to hotels and other major providers for casual users. Combine it with a membership, and our prices are difficult to beat.
Because Bureaux is not a hotel, but a private business lounge, you will gain a level of discretion that is simpy not available at cafes or hotels, regardless of how good the service is.
