You don't have to be a Bureaux member to enjoy our facilities.

Casual visitors are welcome to visit any of our wholly owned sites and book meeting rooms, board rooms, or general access on a pay as you go basis.

Visitors to Bureaux can check their emails, have a meal, enjoy a coffee, read the papers, and get some work done in a serene and professinal environment, far away from the bustle of cafes or hotel lobbies.You can also arrange for guests to visit you for a series of meetings on the day.

Each Bureaux site has the following business facilities in our general access areas:

• Elegant reception and waiting area
• Cafe with complimentary breakfast and lunch
• Bar with full Barista service, a wide range of T2 Teas, juices, soft drinks and a range of other beverages, all complimentary
• Lounges with comfortable couches, tables, plenty of power points, and wireless internet and printing
• IT workstation area with lots of laptop space, PCs available for those without laptops, photocopying, sanning, printing and faxing, as well as technical assistance as you need it

In addition, Bureaux has a range of meeting rooms and boardrooms with data projectors, electronic whiteboards, and a range of top-shelf audio-visual equipment to ensure your meeting or presentation has the impact you are looking for. Cloakrooms, lockers, document filing drawers and spare phone charge cables provide the finishing touches.
